I have been very surprised by Nicole Richie. I really thought she would go back to her rexi skinny days, but she has maintained her slim frame without going overboard.
Is that a double chin on Nicole Richie? Ha, ha. I'm sure it's just the angle. I love how she put a big belt over her cut-offs.
