Who needs 90210 when Hilary Duff is in love?
The news TODAY is that Hilary Duff will not be joining the 90210 spinoff. Shoot! I was hoping that she would because I thought she would be great! Is it crazy for me to totally love this outfit on Ms. Duff? Check out the buttons on the leggings.
