Celebrities have been wearing scarfs everywhere and in every season for awhile, and it looks like it will hang around this summer as well as Hilary Duff dons one to run errands. Word on the blogosphere world is that her sister Haylie is feeling like "three's a crowd" in the home they share together because Hilary's boyfriend, Mike Comrie stays over a lot.
