You might remember Lindsay Price from 90210, but she's currently in Lipstick Jungle. Her mother is Korean American and her father is German-Irish-American. I've always liked her as an actress, but I can't say the same about this dress.
I realized that Lindsay Price has probably lost some weight recently and she obviously knows it because she chose this outfit to "show" it off.
