I am loving the belt over the cut-off shorts look on Nicole Richie. She's so cute balancing baby Harlow and her Starbucks.
I know the head band look has been trying to make a comeback, but I'm not a fan. This outfit on Nicole Richie looks like it doesn't belong together.
