I'm only putting Michael Phelps in here because I almost saw him after he won his eighth gold. I happen to walk by the water cube after his win and the exit/entrance for all Olympic swimmers was packed! I didn't see him (he went another way), but I did see Kobe Bryant, LeBron James, and Jason Kidd who went to see him win!

The 43rd Annual Academey of Country Music Awards was held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on May 18, 2008 in Las Vegas, Nevada. I loved listening to country music in college, but somehow that interest has waned.
