Hilary Duff has been looking great lately. I love her casual outfit right here. Adding a belt to her top makes her look skinny.
It's something about the make-up here that makes Hilary Duff look like her sister, Haylie. I love that Hilary Duff has a little more meat on her bones and still look fabulous!
